4) How to use Guided Meditation
Meditation, or guided meditation is achieved through using meditation music and with someone guiding you through a variety of different energies. Here is a guided meditation to act as a protective sequence for healing, or working day to day in negative energies:
' Imagine you self being stilled. The Avataric Energy is descending down to you in a column of golden light. You feel it infuse itself within you. It fills you aura, chakras and energy system flushing out any resident negativities that are lurking around.
See now that golden 'Avataric' gloves are being given to you, and that golden shiny shields are put over each of you chakras in turn.
When you finish working, or if you are using this meditation out in the world, then cloak yourself with a black robe, which goes on top of the other protection we have put on, grounding and shielding you.'
Meditation is a state of mind which should become established as a ‘24 hour a day’ experience, as you talk with your spiritual guides, communicate with the Divine and work energetically on the inner and outer planes throughout your waking, sleeping and dream states.While you sleep, your astral body goes out and much work is done on humanity, and also clearing the astral planes in and around the earth's space. Let's face it, we have thousands of years of astral rubbish to clear, and not much time to do it in.
This is why I am approaching you now, to say 'come and wake up!' So far this huge work has been done by the precious few, but now we are on a 'recruitment drive' amongst the New Wave Souls on earth at this time:
